RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with an order you placed through lovedirty.com, you may request a return/refund within 7 days of delivery receipt.

What is the return/refund process?

To request a return/refund please email us at info@lovedirty.com
All return/refund requests are subject to our return/refund guidelines described below.
Please include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return/refund.
If you have received damaged goods, please take a picture/s showing the damage and attach them to your return/refund email request. While we aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours, it could take up to 48 hours for us to reply to your request.
Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a refund?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return/refund request or will be contacted by one of our Love Dirty Customer Service representatives within 48 hours of receiving your email.
Any refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Does it cost anything to return my Love Dirty product?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Prior to shipping any return, an approval from Love Dirty is required.
You can receive this approval by emailing info@lovedirty.com as previously stated in the, ‘what is the return/refund process?’, question and answers above.
If approved, a Love Dirty Customer Service representitive will reach out to guide you through the return process.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Love DIrty.

How will I get my refund?

Once we receive your product(s) and/or Love Dirty has approved a refund, the agreed refund amount will be refunded to the original payment source used.

Can I return a final sale item?

All Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Can I return a Love Dirty product that I purchased at retail?

Love Dirty’s return process can only be used for products purchased through lovedirty.com.
Products purchased through other outlets must be returned using those outlets’ return procedures.
Please note: Authentic Love Dirty products are currently only available through lovedirty.com

Where do these return policies apply?

These policies only apply within the United States.

Customer Service hours are 9am-5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays.

Love Dirty reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
Love Dirty’s refund and return policies are subject to change.
